गाज़ा और दुनिया के तमाम भूखे बच्चे...

नीचे एक पत्र है, जो गाजा में रह रहे एक बच्चे ने इस्राइल के अपने दोस्त के नाम भेजा है। पत्र मर्मस्पर्शी है। गाजा में युद्ध की विभीषिका इस कदर है कि इसमें बच्चे सबसे ज़्यादा शिकार हो रहे हैं। ऐसा तो हर युद्ध में होता है जहाँ कहीं भी हिंसा होती है। बच्चे अनाथ होते हैं, बेघरबार होते हैं। वियतनाम, कम्बोडिया, मोगादिशु , अफगानिस्तान, इराक, पूर्व सोविएत के कई हिस्सों में जहाँ गृह युद्ध चालू है....
एक तरफ़ युद्ध है। विकसित देश अपने हथियारों का सौदा कर रहे हैं वहीँ कई मुल्कों में लोग खाने को मोहताज़ हैं। फ़ूड एंड एग्रीकल्चर आरगेनाइजेशन के आंकडे बता रहे हैं हैं कि आने वाले २०५० तक अगर अनाज का उत्पादन दुगुना नही किया गया तो १० करोड़ लोगों को खाने के लिए अन्न नही मिलेगा। किसानो को अपने अनाज के पैसे नही मिल रहे हैं जिससे किसान वैसे अनाज पैदा करने को मजबूर हैं जिससे ज़्यादा पैसा मिले। यह सिर्फ़ भारत, ब्राजील और चाइना जैसे मुल्क ही नही कर रहे बल्कि विकसित राष्ट्र भी इसी रस्ते पर चल रहे हैं। आतंकवाद फैलाने वाले देश पाकिस्तान और अफगानिस्तान में तो हालत बदतर होंगे। जहाँ रोज़ मर्रा कि चीज़ें पहले से ही इतनी महँगो हो चुकी हैं।

Today I came from the hospital without my legs,
To see the debris of my house and parents dead;
Staying under the sky, with none of mine left,
What to say? how to pick up the life's thread.?
But in your countless mails about my welfare,
I still find some traces of humanity in your land;
They give me delight,when you prayed for me,
" May God save you from Israel's brutal hand";
Your solemn words revived my zest and zeal,
With faith in the Divne, and strength of arm;
I shall make ceaseless efforts till my last breath,
For my country to regain its glory and charm.

दुनिया भर के नेताओ के लिए यह ख़त एक संदेश है। अभी भी संभलने का वक्त है। बच्चे अगर सुरक्षित नही तो हमारा भविष्य भी सुरक्षित नही।
